Giving Back to Maui
…helping people find health, healing and freedom from pain, one breath at a time.
Maui has given Pam much to be grateful for. She continues to support her community by giving back to those who wouldn’t otherwise find her services available to them. Her “Giving Back to Maui” program helps people of all ages, from school children, to the aging and chronically ill.
Once a week or more, Pam donates her services to those in need through schools, home health and other organizations.

"My first thought of doing yoga today was that all we are going to be doing is stretching. After yoga, I felt so relaxed and calm that I did not even want to leave class. There was really a big difference in my back after doing this class. I felt like all the knots in my back disappeared. My back feels better and my spine feels straighter."

"My favorite pose of the day was tree pose. I felt really comfortable and I was able to focus and balance. The resting period still remains my favorite part of the entire class. The lavender scented cloths are heavenly and I was able to relax instantly with the atmosphere we were placed in once again. I loved how she brought up the inspirational lyrics because we were able to end on a positive note, literally. Overall, I was at peace and ready to conquer another hectic school day."
