In this practical workshop your team will learn how quick and easy mini-stretch breaks can be used at their desks to maintain focus, and how to improve posture to avoid back-pain related distractions. We’ll explore chair-based yoga and practice breathing techniques that help manage stress. Invest in your people and let the productivity take care of itself!
This is a one- to two-hour lecture and practical workshop. No special equipment or fitness clothing is needed.

Workplace Yoga Classes
Do you sit at a desk daily, hunched over a computer, wishing there was a workday way to reinvigorate your mind and body? Do you work with a group of like-minded colleagues who would love to decrease their midday backaches and energy slumps as well?
The solution is here! Pam will come to your workplace and guide you through a regularly scheduled, self-paced yoga-and-stretching session on your lunch break. All that is required is an open space and a group of willing participants. Pam will customize each class to suit your group's needs. Sessions run from 4 to 12 weeks long, with options of 30 min. lunch yoga, 45 min. lunch and more, and 1 hour full classes.
Fee: $12 to 16 per person, per class, plus travel charges. Exact fee depends on length of class. Minimum six participants. The full amount is payable on the session start date. Please call for details.
This is a 30-minute to one-hour practical movement class. Participants should be dressed in exercise-ready clothes. Kindly bring your own mats. Ease in Motion will provide other props as needed.
