Serving as a guide and facilitator in Clinical Somatic Education, my mission is to gently help clients build confidence, renew sense of self and reclaim personal empowerment by learning to move with more ease. I am skilled at safely adapting somatics and yoga for every client’s ability, from young athletes to people who have serious illness and chronic physical conditions.
I’ve turned things around for numerous clients who believed they were “too tight,” “too old” or “too out of shape” to ever get better. Many of my clients were once concerned they would injure themselves or make things worse if they went to a regular gym or yoga class. However, through my gently paced, healing-based individualized sessions and somatic classes, they learned to consciously tap into how their bodies were meant to move. So can you.
I have personally experienced this progress and know first-hand what it’s like to heal mentally and physically after being in pain. Years of chronic injuries led me to my current profession, which involved intensive education and apprenticeship in yoga therapy and Clinical Somatic Education. Supporting and educating others toward better health has become my life’s calling and professional passion.

Clinical Somatic Educator; successfully completed 3-year certification in Clinical Somatic Education (CCSE) with Somatics System Institute
Certified Yoga Therapist with International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT)
Certified Yoga Instructor with more than10 years of teaching experience (E-RYT 500)
Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE-CPT)
Trained in Treating the Jaw & Neck: Trager Fundamentals and Resistance and Release Work (with Deane Juhan)
Certified Mindfulness in Schools Project Teacher (MiSP) & Yoga Ed for Kids/Teens, Young Adults, Parents and Teachers.
Backed by extensive training and hands-on experience, my ultimate goal is to educate people and help them discover that
finding ease in movement has a positive and lasting impact on all parts of their life.
