Light Breathing Variations

Experience breathing light to calm the nervous system and sleep well. This practice has 4 different variations of light breathing. Enjoy the experience.

Benefits: light breathing reduces breathlessness over time

- normalizes ventilation (especially if you’re over-breathing as a subconscious habit)

- enables slow breathing

- reduces negative pressure in upper airways during sleep

- improves blood circulation

- improves oxygen delivery to cells

- harnesses higher concentration of nitric oxide (which prevents viruses and sickness)

- helps you to achieve a calmer state of mind
